A/D bit randomization

A/D bit randomization is a configuration option that controls how frequently the Accessed (A) and Dirty (D) bits of page table entries are randomized during test generation.

In RiescueD, this option is part of the test_generation section of the configuration file, alongside related randomization parameters such as secure_access_probability, secure_pt_probability, and pbmt_ncio_randomization.
